Since I am inbetween houses right now and don’t have all the responsibilities that I usually have, I’ve been planning some workouts. For me planning my own workouts sometimes is the hardest part. I am currently following a program but I want to have some workouts planned for when I complete it.
One of the pieces of equipment that I have is a bosu. I get stuck in a rut and do the same exercises with it. While I was searching for workouts I came across a complete bosu workouts on one of my favorite blogs.
Gina from fitnessista.com gives a whole workout that you can do with a bosu and weights. If you don’t have weights though, you could complete it with just the bosu. So whether you have a bosu at your house or you only see them when you go to the gym you should bookmark this workout!
