As the weather cools I am looking for things to do outdoor with my kids. I am learning that their attention span is only so long, so having appropriate expectations for them is helpful.
Three days a week I devote exclusively to activities for my kids. I need to clean the house and run errands and I don’t want to beat myself up for doing that. If I give them three days during the week that focuses on them I find they don’t mind hanging around the house while I clean or running a few errands with me.
This rainbow scavenger hunt looks like a fun way to hang outside and get their minds working. It seems pretty easy to put together and you can make it as involved or easy as your child’s age allows.
